We are looking for energetic, team oriented, and professional candidates who display the ability to provide leadership, structure, boundaries, and role modeling for adolescent boys 11 to 17 years of age. Candidates with relavent prior education or experience are preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Our internship program offers opportunities to work and develop professional skills while working with adolescent males in a group home setting. A well rounded experience can be gained in areas such as educational programming, residential programming, and therapeutic programming.

• At least 20 years of age
• Enrollment in a two or four year college and majoring in a Human Services field
• Valid driver’s license
• Two reference letters
• Criminal Background Check

• Direct supervision and evaluations
• Meals during scheduled hours
